Two school trustees launch re-election campaigns
On Wednesday, two trustees of the Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board launched nominations for re-election, the third-day nominations being accepted for the Oct. 24 local elections.
Vice President Gary Trembinski and Administrator John Caputo both showed up at the Ronald A. Irwin Civic Center with their documents and a $100 nomination fee.
As SooToday reported earlier today, Ward 3 Coun. Donna Hilsinger has filed nomination papers to run for mayor, making it a three-way race in Sault Ste. Married.
