Arunachal: APPA shares board exam preparation tips with students
ITANAGAR- In light of the upcoming counseling reviews, the Arunachal Pradesh Psychosocial Support Group (PSGAP) under the aegis of the Arunachal Pradesh Psychological Association (AAPPA) organized an awareness program on ‘Techniques exam preparation ”for government students. Upper secondary school, RGU campus here today.
Resource person and Jt. Secy. Training and Skills Development, AAPPA, Tadar Amar led an in-depth two-part session, during which the first half focused on the tools, techniques and tactics for productive study and explored strategies for boosting memory , concentration and effective time management.
The second half of the program focused solely on the art of exam management, which covered the topic of important pre-exam planning factors, such as good sleep, diet, and exercise. .
In addition, tips for ensuring maximum performance in the exam room, such as handling difficult questions and time limitations, were also discussed.
Later, AAPPA Vice President Leeyir Ete had a brief interaction with the students.
The one-day program, attended by approximately 200 students in grade 8-10, ended with a vote of thanks from Jt. Secy, Literature, Information and Publicity Jomyir Bagra.
Earlier, AGS Yuma Narah kicked off the program with a brief overview of the group and session details.
